Milton Friedman (1912-2006) was a Nobel Prize winning economist most known for his stances on pure free markets and capitalism. He was originally a supporter of Keynesian economic theory and government intervention through the new deal. However, during the 1950′s he recognized the flaws in the Keynesian theory and started a counter revolution against it. His theories have been embraced by many modern economist, but there still exist a struggle between free market and Keynesian economics to this day.

These videos primarily show Milton Friedman defending his positions on free market capitalism. You may recognize the sentiment that is captured in the questions asked of Mr. Friedman, because they are still alive today.
